Shaanxi Ruixue Yun Cang Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was established on November 28, 2019, serving as an integrated warehousing and distribution service provider and logistics platform in China. With our own operating system, we offer services to merchants across the nation, integrating various logistics resources to provide stable and reliable services to our clients.
Inventory Count
Inventory is divided into two parts: one is during the goods incoming, where products are inspected and confirmed, documents are cross-checked, product data is recorded, and suppliers are identified; the other is monthly inventory, where the products within the warehouse are checked and inventoried monthly, resulting in corresponding reports.
Goods received for inventory
The process of goods incoming requires the responsible party to count the item quantities, the loaders to卸货 to designated locations, sign receipts, issue storage documents, and affix different identification cards to goods in various areas, all of which are necessary steps during the goods warehousing process.
Merchants enter into warehousing agreements with cloud warehouse companies. They utilize market sales forecast data on the cloud warehouse platform to allocate inventory, leveraging the warehouse resources of the cloud warehouse platform to place stocks in warehouses close to consumers. Once a customer's order is placed, the cloud warehouse platform automatically selects the warehouse for picking and shipping, followed by delivering the goods to the customer, ultimately achieving a rapid response to market demand and enhancing market competitiveness. Currently, cloud warehouses are categorized into three types.
Goods Storage
Cloud warehouses require reasonable planning of the storage space to enhance internal operational efficiency. Simultaneously, proper fire and moisture prevention measures must be in place within the warehouse. Special attention should be given to the maintenance of storage racks, promptly replacing any damaged or rusty racks to avoid unnecessary losses.
Order Management
After receiving an order, the seller connects to a third-party warehouse via the warehouse management system. Warehouse staff then proceed with shipping operations based on the order details, which include printing tracking numbers, verifying information, inspecting goods, quality checks, and weight verification.
After-sales Service
Our customer service team tracks shipping status in real-time, promptly addresses any shipping issues, upholds the merchant's reputation, and ensures a seamless logistics experience for end-users.
