The concrete and mixing station is divided into four sections: aggregate feeding, powder material (cement, fly ash, expansion agent, etc.) feeding, water and additive feeding, and conveying, mixing, and storage. After the mixer control system is powered on, it enters the human-machine dialogue interface for initialization, which includes formula number, concrete grade, slump, production volume, etc. Weighting checks each material storage and measuring hopper, outputting empty or full signals to prompt the operator to confirm whether to start the mixing control program. Start the sand and stone belt motor to feed into the measuring hopper, open the fly ash and cement silo butterfly valves to start the screw conveyor motor and transport fly ash and cement to the measuring hopper. Open the water tank and additive pool control valves to allow water and additives to flow into the measuring hopper. After the measurement meets the set requirements, open the measuring hopper door for batching, and the mixture enters the already started mixer. Mix until the set time, then open the mixer door, and the concrete enters the mixing vehicle that has already received the materials.
