Utilizing a gas source of 99.99%+ high purity argon, the working gas cylinder's secondary pressure is 0.2 MPa to 0.3 MPa, with the instrument stabilizing the pressure at 0.2 MPa. The gas line is equipped with an automatic protection device to prevent acidic fluid from flowing back and corroding the gas line. When the Ar gas pressure drops below 0.15 MPa, the instrument provides an alert, at which point the vapor generation reaction cannot proceed.
