One: Chromatographic determination of alcohols and esters in the sample
Method Principle: This method employs a chromatographic column with a hydrogen flame ionization detector for detection. Ethyl butyrate is used as an internal standard to quantify the alcohol and ester content in distilled spirits.
Assay Components: Acetaldehyde, Ethyl acetate, n-Propyl alcohol, sec-Butanol, Ethyl methyl ketone, Isobutanol, n-Butanol, Butyl acetate, Isopentanol, Pentyl acetate, Lactyl acetate, Hexyl acetate, Hydrocarbons.
Quantified by internal standard method. The internal standard is ethyl propionate.
