Method Principle: The method employs a chromatographic column with a hydrogen flame ionization detector for detection, using ethyl butyrate as an internal standard to quantify the alcohol and ester content in distilled spirits.
Analytical Composition: Acetaldehyde, Ethyl acetate, n-Propyl alcohol, sec-Butanol, Ethyl methyl ketone, Isobutanol, n-Butanol, Butyl acetate, Isoamyl alcohol, Amyl acetate, Methyl lactate, Hexyl acetate, Hydrocarbons.
Quantified by internal standard method. The internal standard is ethyl butyrate.
