Alcohol Gas Chromatograph, equipped with a chromatographic column for alcohol, paired with a FID hydrogen flame ionization detector, allows for direct analysis of alcohol content and impurities. It also measures advanced alcohol components such as n-propanol, isobutanol, n-butanol, isovaleralcohol, and n-valeralcohol in the alcohol, with a simple and rapid method and relative deviations less than 5%.
This equipment assists Baijiu producers in controlling production processes, ensuring consistent taste and quality of Baijiu, and provides a scientific basis for flavor and taste.
