Cooling water direct freezing refrigeration principle for electroplating (oxidation) industry

The refrigeration principle of direct cooling with chilled water in the electroplating (oxidation) industry involves the water from the cooling tower basin being pumped to the condenser of the chilled water unit. After the condenser stops cooling, the water returns to the cooling tower, where it is sprayed down and cooled by fans at the top of the tower before flowing back to the basin at the bottom.

The condenser dissipates heat while the refrigerant liquefies inside, then it flows into the evaporator to stop evaporation. During evaporation, it absorbs heat, thereby halting the cooling of the sulfuric acid (tanks liquid) in the condenser. The cooled sulfuric acid is then pumped to the electroplating (oxidation) tank. This is one cycle of the industrial chilled water machine's direct freezing process.
