Color-changing silica gel appears as blue or light blue glass-like granules, which can be divided into spherical and blocky types based on their granular shape. It has the characteristic of changing from blue to red upon absorbing moisture.

Usage

1. Primarily used for moisture absorption and rust prevention for items like instruments, equipment, etc., under sealed conditions, while also providing a visual indication of the relative humidity by changing from blue to red upon absorbing moisture.

2. Used in conjunction with regular silica gel desiccants, it merely determines the desiccant's moisture absorption level and the relative humidity of the environment. As packaging desiccant, it is widely used in precision instruments, leather, footwear, clothing, food, pharmaceuticals, and household appliances.
