Common specifications for hot-dipped galvanized steel plank are 2.0m x 210mm x 45mm, 3.0m x 210mm x 45mm, and 3.0m x 240mm x 45mm. The standard thickness of the steel plank production material is 1.2mm.

Steel plank material requirements: Made from cold-rolled galvanized steel strips with thickness of 1.2-2.0mm, the material must comply with the National Standard "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Carbon Structural Steel" (gb/700-70), and the steel quality should be above Q235.

Quality requirements for steel ladder platforms:

Hot-dip galvanized steel plank dimensions: 2000mm-3000mm-4000mm in length, 240mm in width, and 45mm in height.

2. Hot-dip galvanized steel plank dimensions: length tolerance not exceeding 3.0mm, width not exceeding 2.0mm for the steel plank factory, and hole flange height tolerance not exceeding 0.5mm. Anti-slip hole diameter: 12mm x 18mm, hole spacing: 30mm x 40mm, flange height: 1.5mm.

3. The end plate and discontinuous rib are reinforced with spot welding, ensuring the weld seam remains flat.

4. Hot-dip galvanized steel plank surfaces should be flat, with surface deflection not exceeding 3.0mm.

5. Hot-dip galvanized steel plank edges must be deburred and flattened.

6. The folding angle of the hot-dip galvanized steel ladder should be maintained at 90°, with no deviation exceeding 2°.
