Material Requirements:

Galvanized steel ladder platforms are made from cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of 1.5-2.0mm, which should comply with the national standard "Technical Conditions for Common Carbon Structural Steel" (GB/700-70).

(2) Quality Requirements:

a. The hot-dip galvanized steel ladder platform is available in dimensions of lengths 2000mm-3000mm-4000mm, widths 240mm, and heights 65mm; or widths 250mm and 50mm, or widths 300mm and 50mm.

b. Hot-dip galvanized steel ladder treads should have a length tolerance not exceeding ±3.0mm, width tolerance not exceeding ±2.0mm, and hole flange height tolerance not exceeding ±0.5mm. Anti-slip hole diameter (12mm x 18mm), hole spacing (30mm x 40mm), flange height 1.5mm.

c. The bending angle of the hot-dip galvanized steel ladder should maintain a 90° angle, with the deviation not exceeding ±2°.

d. The surface of the hot-dip galvanized steel plank should be flat, with a maximum deflection of not more than 3.0mm. e. All burrs on the edges of the hot-dip galvanized steel plank must be filed down.

f. The end plate and intermittent stiffener are reinforced with spot welding, ensuring the welds remain flat.
