Electronic Fencing Overview:
In recent years, our country has entered a period of frequent emergencies, with various major and special incidents occurring from time to time, posing a severe threat to national security and social stability. At the same time, criminal activities are evolving towards technological advancement, efficiency, and gang formation. Mobile phones, as an essential communication tool for criminals throughout their criminal activities, are a贯穿 element. To promote breakthroughs in the two major challenges of public security authorities—controlling流动人口 and securing positions—the construction of the "Code Detection Project" allows for the identification of specific targets for monitoring. Once a target enters or exits the area, the background analysis system of the "Code Detection Project" can trigger an alert, providing some evidence for technical investigation. In conjunction with road checkpoint systems and other technical investigation systems, this creates conditions for precise strikes by technical investigation units.
Electronic Fencing Features:
Number scanning feature, scans and captures information such as IMSI, IMEI of mobile terminals within the coverage area; 4G scanning only retrieves IMSI information of mobile terminals.
Real-time data collection and transmission feature, which can send collected data to the backend server via wireless or wired networks.
Capture Success Rate: ≥95% when the mobile terminal is stationary or walking within the coverage range; ≥90% when the mobile terminal is moving at a speed of <120 km/h within the coverage range (for outdoor models).
Coverage Range: Outdoor open space, current site strength around -95dBm, single-carrier antenna output power of 10W, coverage range approximately 500 meters.
Supports local and remote settings, queries, and fault alerts.
Local data backup and storage feature, with data locally stored for approximately 90 days.
Black/white list user settings and inquiries; if users on the blacklist pass through the coverage area, an alert can be triggered in the background.
Electronic Fencing Control Console:
The system page is primarily composed of three functional areas.
1. Function Menu Area: The selection and operation area for software functions (on the left side of the interface); main categories include: Basic Data, Statistical Analysis, Alarm Logs, System Management.
2. System Admin Area: Admin password change, refresh interface, log out, etc. Maps & Regions: Map display (Baidu Online Maps, options include standard, satellite, and 3D maps).
Application Scenarios:
Highway and expressway exits: main thoroughfares in and out of the city; high crime areas: squares, warehouses, docks, etc.
