Utilize precast reinforced concrete manhole rings to secure the manhole base to the ring, forming the surrounding road surface of the manhole in one go with the entire driving road surface. This method effectively prevents sinking and damage to the road surface around the manhole. The specific construction methods are as follows:
1. Pre-cast reinforced concrete manhole rings. During the construction of the subgrade and inspection well shafts, pre-cast reinforced concrete manhole rings are produced in accordance with the construction drawings, and plain concrete is additionally pre-cast inside the rings to form a sealed unit, facilitating the overall paving of asphalt concrete.
2. Excavate and inspect the manhole locations, then install reinforced concrete precast manhole rings. When overlaying asphalt concrete on existing concrete or asphalt pavements, or when laying asphalt on a new aggregate base, remove the aggregate from the original pavement manholes or openings, ensuring the top of the well is below the original pavement or aggregate base. After tidying the well opening, level it using C30 fine aggregate concrete. Install the precast reinforced concrete manhole rings in the well holes, filling and compacting the gaps between the outer side and the surrounding pavement structure with C30 concrete.
