A grinder is a general term for a small handheld abrasive tool used in electric grinders, hanging grinders, and hand drills. There are many types, mainly including ceramic grinders, rubber grinders, diamond grinders, and sandpaper grinders.
Ceramic Grinding Heads: Made by sintering with ceramic bonders, these grinding heads feature grits such as brown fused aluminum oxide, white fused aluminum oxide, chrome fused aluminum oxide, and silicon carbide, with a central metallic handle. They are primarily used for grinding various metals, polishing the inner walls of holes, and for correcting molds.
Rubber Grinding Head: Finer grain sand bonded with rubber binder is used for mold polishing.
Sandpaper Heads: Multiple rectangular sandpaper sheets bonded around a metal handle. Grain size typically ranges from 60# to 320#, used for polishing the inner wall of holes.
Diamond grinding wheel: A tool for grinding non-metallic materials such as stone and ceramic, especially a grinding tool with a diamond alloy abrasive body. It includes a matrix and several abrasive bodies, with the abrasive bodies being loosely fixed in the matrix. On the grinding surface of the grinding wheel, the abrasive bodies are also spaced. The matrix is made of an adhesive material with certain toughness, and the abrasive bodies are made of diamond alloy material. This invention has high grinding performance, simple manufacturing, low cost, high quality grinding processing, and is suitable for large-scale grinding processing.
