As everyone knows, horizontal axial flow pump manufacturers emphasize that the normal operation of mixed flow pumps is quite related to the installation location. Therefore, when installing and using them, the following standards must be met:
Before the inlet sump, a格栅cleaning machine must be set up to prevent impurities and aquatic plants from entering the pump housing, which could harm the normal operation of the plastic magnetic pump and, in severe cases, may damage the pump components.
②Pay attention to the shape of the water intake and the arrangement of the pumps; ensure that no Breuer funnel vortex is formed on the water surface during operation, and avoid uneven water intake conditions.
③ According to the pump manual, the centrifugal impeller of the pump has sufficient immersion depth below the water surface.
④ The inlet bell mouth is spaced from the inlet pool, side wall, and between the pumps.
Axial Flow PumpIn full cooling conditions, the zero point is generally defined as the force disk of the motor rotor being tightly pressed against the thrust pad. Movement towards the generator set is positive, and in the opposite direction, it is negative. The distance that the turbine rotor moves radially is called radial displacement. Depending on the type of concrete pump, the 4-inch concrete pump hose can be divided into road pump hoses and wear-resistant pump hoses. The lengths of pump truck hoses can vary greatly, so when a customer is purchasing a complete set of boom hoses, please provide the pump truck boom assembly table to the pump manager. If provided, the axial flow pump manufacturer will quote the price. A simple method is to measure the length of the pump truck hoses and then manufacture them. The length of one section of the pump truck hose varies; the pump truck hose is the conveying pipeline of the concrete pump truck, which is fixed on the pump truck boom with U-shaped hose clamps and delivers concrete to the designated location through the boom's lifting and rotation. Observation has found that concrete is always blocked at the third section of the pump hose, so it is suspected that there is a foreign object blocking the pump hose. The gap between the top of the teeth and the pump surface (axial gap) is relatively small due to the long rubber seal, and the shearing flow generated by the angular velocity of the top of the tooth is also opposite to the direction of the hydraulic oil leakage, so it has little effect on leakage. The situation to consider here is: after the driving gear is subjected to unbalanced axial force, it should be prevented from colliding with the top of the pump wall, so the axial gap can be slightly larger, usually 0.13~0.16mm. The fourth point, another common problem with high-viscosity pumps is that the pin of the moving drive gear is easily damaged, especially when transporting materials, the pin wears out very quickly. How to install and secure concrete pump hoses: If concrete is mixed on-site, first determine the location of the mixer based on the local conditions and the transport method of the mixer, and then according to the feed height of the mixer and the wear resistance requirements, make a clear determination. The mixed-flow pump should always pay attention to geological changes, collect and store samples at the points of geological changes, and clearly mark the桩号, sampling geological structure, depth (elevation), and sampling time during storage.
