Product Overview:
Antifoaming agent for coolantComprised of special modified polyether and fluorinated materials, blended through a unique process, it is easily soluble in water and particularly suited for maintaining anti-foaming and foam inhibition under conditions of high temperatures, strong acids and alkalis, high shear forces, and high pressure. It boasts high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, non-floating, and non-oily properties; it can be widely used across a broad temperature range for foam elimination and suppression in various harsh systems.
Product Features:
1. Strong defoaming and anti-foaming properties, low dosage, without affecting the basic characteristics of the foaming system.
2. Excellent dispersibility and penetration, compatible with oils and cutting fluids.
3. Excellent heat resistance, chemically stable, non-corrosive, non-toxic, free of adverse side effects, non-flammable, non-explosive.
4. Suitable for use in acidic, alkaline, saline, electrolytic, and hard water conditions.
5. Its performance is comparable to imported products, yet it offers a more significant price advantage.
Antifreeze Defoamer Manufacturer's Product Usage Instructions:
Recommended Dosage: Add 0.1% to 1% of defoaming agent based on the total shipment volume, but the economic dosage should be determined after process testing; it can also be mixed evenly with other powdered additives.
Product Application Scenarios:
Antifoaming agent for coolant, used in coolants, metalworking fluids, cutting fluids, microemulsions, high-water-content hydraulic fluids, ethylene glycol hydraulic fluids, solvent cleaning, acidic and alkaline aqueous cleaners, coolants, grinding (oil) fluids, wire cutting fluids, automatic conveyor cleaning machines, large-scale washing machines, lubricating (oil) fluids, saponification oil, electrical discharge machining fluids, drilling fluids, fine grinding fluids, etching fluids, electrolytic fluids, wire cutting fluids, alkali extraction process antifoaming, desiccants, and other applications for foam suppression.
