Application:
Our product, as the most widely used antioxidant in PE and XPE wire and cable materials worldwide, enhances processing and long-term stability, as well as reduces color contamination. It eliminates the impact of minor contaminants on cable insulation performance. Compared to other antioxidants for wire and cable materials, 1035 offers superior thermal stability and migration resistance. When used in conjunction with ammonia-based antioxidants like 5057, it effectively prevents core burning issues in soft foam polyurethane, and can also replace BHT. Suitable for materials containing carbon black, LDPE wire and cable, PVA, XLPE wire and cable, polyols, polyurethane, polypropylene, elastomers, thermoplastic adhesives, ABS, and more. In XLPE and carbon black-containing polymers, 1035, when mixed with sulfur-containing auxiliary antioxidants DSTP/DLTP, performs exceptionally well.
 
Quantity Required:Typical usage is 0.1-0.5 units (for reference only, actual usage should be based on the optimal standard of the experiment)
 
Packaging and Storage Transportation:
◆ Paper-plastic composite bags, lined with plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per package.
Before transportation and storage, check if the product packaging is intact. During transportation and storage, classify and stack them in a dry, clean, cool storage room, strictly preventing moisture, heat, and deterioration of the products.
