Product Overview
The Microcomputer Isothermal Automatic Calorimeter mainly consists of a thermostatic calorimeter and a microcomputer measurement and control system, which is automatically controlled by a computer system and capable of data collection, communication, and processing. It facilitates the review and printing of historical data with database technology. The data recalculation feature allows for the post-entry and recalculation of sulfur, hydrogen, and moisture content, enhancing test efficiency. It features high measurement accuracy, good reproducibility, easy operation, and reliable use.
Application Scope
Measures calorific value for solid or liquid combustible materials such as oil, feed, electricity, coal, metallurgy, petrochemical, coal chemistry, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, agriculture and animal husbandry, and education industries or departments.
Meets standards
GB/T213-2008 "Method for Determining the Calorific Value of Coal"
GB/T384-1981 "Method for Determination of Calorific Value of Petroleum Products"
GB/T 30727-2014 "Method for Determination of Calorific Value of Solid Biomass Fuel"
JC/T1005-2006 "Method for Determining the Heat of Clinker"
ASTM D5865-2007 Standard Test Method for Total Calorific Value of Coal and Coke
Requirements of ISO 1928-2009 "Solid mineral fuels – Determination of gross calorific value and calculation of net calorific value using an oxygen-combustion calorimeter."
Performance Features
Highly adaptable to various environments, with accurate, stable, and precise test results.
① The design features an isothermal system with helical tubes at all points, creating a controlled and stable internal environment for instrument experiments (consisting of an outer drum and drum cover, with temperature difference <0.05℃), effectively isolating the external environment (such as air flow, temperature, etc.) from affecting the inner drum; the water temperature in the outer drum fluctuates less than 0.05℃ throughout the day, and less than 0.01℃ during single sample testing, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.
② The outer drum utilizes semiconductor temperature control technology for automatic cooling, eliminating the need for additional cold water to lower the temperature. This ensures the independence of the water systems between the inner and outer drums. After the experiment, the water in the inner drum is directly returned to the water tank. The inflow and outflow of water in the inner drum have no impact on the temperature of the outer drum, further ensuring the stability of the outer drum's temperature control.
2. User-friendly design, high level of automation, and fast testing speed.
① Internal barrel circulating water system, with a new type of easy-to-disassemble stainless steel oxygen bomb and a metal inner barrel for quick and direct volumetric determination. Enhanced with a stable new inner barrel mixing method, the oxygen bomb heat transfer speed is faster, effectively shortening the testing time, with the single sample testing time ≤ 12min for continuous testing.
② Equipped with a constant temperature water tank featuring semiconductor temperature control, it combines both refrigeration and heating. Compared to conventional compressor-based chilled water tanks, it offers more precise water temperature control, lower overall power consumption, and reduced noise.
3. Data is authentic and reliable.
All data is measured and tested in-house, ensuring authenticity and objectivity. No software correction is used to alter test results or compile data artificially.
4. Reasonably structured, stable and safe in operation.
① Features self-diagnostic capabilities for easy daily maintenance.
② Equipped with a special crucible holder, easy to pick up and put down.
5. Supports both filament and cotton wick ignition methods.
6. Robust data processing, report statistics, and printing capabilities, with networking and scale connectivity options.
7. Test time ≤ 12 mins, optional with stand, free to combine desk-top with upright configurations.
