Volatile matter testing is conducted independently. The moisture, ash, and volatile matter can be measured in any combination or individually. Simultaneously testing the three parameters of 24 samples can be completed within 90 minutes (rapid method).

Perform buoyancy calibration using a blank crucible under the same atmosphere environment, avoiding the issue of inconsistent crucible temperatures on the production line that can cause weighing errors; multiple weighing methods are available.
