Application Scope
Fluorine and chlorine content determination in solid or liquid combustible materials such as coal, solid waste, coke, petroleum, ore, biomass fuel, etc., widely applicable in industries like coal, electricity, metallurgy, chemical engineering, construction materials, cement, papermaking, commercial inspection, quality inspection, environmental protection, as well as geological exploration, solid waste treatment, and scientific research institutions.
Performance Features
uHigh-temperature hydrolysis and potential measurement can operate independently at the same time, with technical parameters exceeding national standards, a high degree of automation, and truly achieving a high unity of testing efficiency and ease of use.
uHigh-temperature hydrolysis unit, featuring a dual-channel designTwo analysis samples can be loaded at a time. The entire high-temperature hydrolysis process is fully automated with automatic temperature control, automatic sampling, automatic steam generation, automatic condensation, and automatic collection of the condensate, achieving true operator-free automated operation. By pre-adjusting the power of the steam generator, it ensures that the condensate collected from both pipelines meets national standards. At the end of the test, the system will prompt and automatically switch the condensate pipeline to waste fluid排放 mode to prevent excessive volume of condensate used for sample measurement.
uOffer a one-touch airtightness testing device for convenient airtightness testing before the test.
uThe Fluorometric Titration Instrument offers both automatic and manual titration functions for standard solutions, and automatically generates standard curves after the determination.: EO, slope, regression coefficient. During titration, the national standard requires AE to be controlled between 20mV and 40mV, which is difficult to achieve manually. The automatic fluoride ion titrator, utilizing ANLS technology, automatically controls and measures the drop quantity of the fluoride standard solution, allowing AE to be maintained between 25 to 35mV, easily meeting the national standard requirements. The instrument automatically calculates results, supports storage and printing of records.
uThe chlorometric titrator automatically controls the drop-by-drop addition of silver nitrate, completes the titration and generates tables, and automatically plots differential curves while saving the volume of silver nitrate standard solution at the endpoint potential. The endpoint potential is automatically saved after parallel measurements. During sample testing, the titration endpoint can be easily controlled around the endpoint potential.1 millivolt accuracy. The instrument automatically calculates the results, supporting storage and printing of records.
uThe titrator features independent operation mode and microcomputer operation mode, catering to the different operational habits of various users.
