
Product Overview
The Microcomputer Ash Fusion Tester is widely applicable in industries such as power, coal, metallurgy, tobacco, petrochemicals, coal chemistry, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, and research institutions. It is suitable for determining the ash fusion properties of coal and for measuring the fusion process of non-uniform compounds without a fixed melting point, in compliance with the requirements of GB/T 219-2008 "Methods for Determining Ash Fusion Properties of Coal."
This instrument utilizes microcomputers to automatically control the ash fusion test process, completing the entire coal ash fusion test automatically. It features automatic temperature control, display, judgment, storage, and printing of result images and related data, making it an ideal upgrade and replacement instrument for testing and analysis departments.
Performance Features
1. Microcomputer automatic control, with stable and reliable performance. Compliant with the provisions of GB/T219-2008 "Determination of Fusing Point of Fly Ash."
2. The measurement process is intuitive, utilizing CCD camera technology. The camera, mirror, and image pickup insulator, among other components, are all installed inside the instrument. The images are clear, allowing direct capture and real-time display of the ash cone's morphological changes inside a high-temperature furnace. The changes are automatically stored and can be easily retrieved.
3. Automatically identifies four characteristic temperatures: Deformation Temperature (DT), Softening Temperature (ST), Hemisphere Temperature (HT), and Flow Temperature (FT). Additionally, manual assessment or result comparison can be conducted through image replay for further verification and analysis.
4. Equipped with a high-definition camera, the gray cone image is clear and intuitive; features a fine thermocouple design to prevent image interference.
5. Display the temperature rise curve on the screen, and you can choose to print the gray cone image results and relevant data.
6. Utilizes RS232 serial port communication for online internet access.
7. Integrated structure design, aesthetically pleasing and practical, with easy maintenance.
