
Product Introduction
The Vibratory Mill is primarily used for rapid and lossless fine grinding, preparing samples with analytical grade fineness. It is suitable for grinding medium-hard, hard, brittle, and fibrous materials. Mainly applied to dust-free fine grinding of samples (both dry or wet grinding are available). The sample is loaded into a grinding kit, which consists of a grinding cup, grinding sleeve, grinding core, and a sealing lid. Place the grinding kit with the sample inside on the mill's vibration table, and it undergoes an inclined circular vibration driven by the vibration motor. The material is compressed, collided, abraded, and sheared within the grinding kit, quickly reduced to the desired fineness. At the same time, the sample is uniformly mixed without any loss. The entire process is typically completed within a few minutes.

Operating Principle
Achieved by pressure, impact, and friction for crushing effects. The quick-clamping device securely fastens the grinding kit to the vibrating base. Through transmission, the vibrating base generates intense three-dimensional vibration patterns, resulting in significant impact force, friction, and crushing pressure between the grinding kits, all focused on the sample, thereby powderizing the sample in an extremely short time.
