Current demands for product surface cleanliness are increasing, requiring more effective cleaning methods on the production line. DSJet has adopted the innovative CO2 dry ice blasting cleaning process, which is nearly applicable to most materials. It efficiently and gently removes particles and film-like contaminants (dust, burn residues, rust spots, flux residues, smoke traces left by laser processing, oil stains, fingerprints, cutting fluids, polishing compounds, etc.) from the product surface. It can be used for both large and small areas of cleaning, achieving higher levels of cleanliness requirements.
(1) Physical Blasting involves高速projecting dry ice particles through air onto a clean surface for impact.
(2) Thermal shock occurs when dry ice at -78.5°C expands due to sublimation heat, causing cracks in the foreign material.
(3) Sublimation Expansion: Volume expands 800 times, causing interface damage.
(4) Glass (Ablation): High-speed compressed air induces the ablation phenomenon.
