I. Overview
The FBDC series of Extractor-type Counter-Rotating Local Ventilators (hereinafter referred to as ventilators) are newly developed energy-saving local ventilators designed to meet the needs of certain coal mines for extracting and discharging gas and polluted air (with gas concentration not exceeding 3%). This series of ventilators features a compact structure, low noise, high wind pressure, large flow rate, and high efficiency. They can be used in counter-rotating or single-machine configurations based on different ventilation requirements. Counter-rotating operation can increase ventilation distance, while using a single machine at shorter distances maintains the air volume, reducing energy consumption and saving resources. Their compact design facilitates transportation and installation during construction projects. The structural type includes mine explosion-proof, counter-rotating, noise-reduction equipped, and extractor local ventilators.
II. Application
The fan is suitable for underground coal mines containing explosive substances. In environments with gas and coal dust. Extraction-type local ventilation can meet the needs of the mine ventilation network and safe production. It is an ideal equipment for local ventilation to extract accumulated gas underground or to be used in conjunction with dust removal equipment to remove dust from the working surface, thereby altering the working environment.
