When the ground is black, moldy, and leaking, it is due to the deformation joint structure not meeting the specification requirements. The joints are filled with debris, preventing circulation, resulting in a rigid structure. This alters the performance of the deformation joints, causing uneven settlement of the building and cracking of the walls. Here, we showcase the wall-mounted rotating expansion deformation joint.
