This equipment is used for bonding, coloring, or composite lamination of soft materials, such as PET with PET, PET with foil (aluminum or copper), and PET with paper materials.
Key Performance Features:
The entire machine utilizes a Siemens PLC from Germany and a 10-inch Weilin human-machine interface control. The winding and unwinding tension is automatically adjusted, with acceleration and deceleration tension automatically compensated, ensuring the material remains taut at all times. The machine can stop at a specified meter count or diameter (achieving material-free stop), with precision down to 0.1 meters. Equipped with two servo edge systems, the pattern roller is turned by a motor for material tension control, featuring an air-assisted back-pressure scraper. During adhesive application, the motor controlling the scraper's movement runs in sync with the main unit, ensuring even adhesive application. The pressure of the adhesive pressure roller and compound pressure roller is controlled by SMC electrical proportional valves for precise and stable pressure control. An external electric heating tube provides centralized heating, with a fan blowing heat into the oven. A mechanical switch is added to ensure that the heating tube does not heat up if the fan is not running. In case of temperature exceeding the set upper limit, an audible and visual alarm is triggered to ensure safe and reliable temperature control. The oven temperature is adjustable, with both cold air flow and recirculating hot air flow being controllable. The adhesive concentration at the oven entrance is higher, and air convection is achieved at the entrance to prevent exhaust gases from entering the cycle. These measures are in place to ensure safety. The composite steel wheel is heated using thermal oil for more accurate temperature control. The machine employs reliable electrical and pneumatic components, along with software control, to achieve full machine automation and programming, which is beneficial for ensuring quality and improving production efficiency, reducing labor intensity, and lowering the skill level required of the workers.
