Currently, most bank branches use a single AC220V AC UPS as backup power supply for all self-service, business, security, and network equipment. In the event of a power outage, the UPS activates to power the equipment, but it cannot differentiate between self-service, business, security, or network equipment, let alone among surveillance, alarm, and access control devices within the security equipment. Consequently, it cannot allocate battery power rationally among the devices. Once the battery is depleted, all equipment is shut down. Due to the inability to shut off high-power consuming devices promptly, the battery runs out quickly, failing to meet the requirement for the access control system to operate normally for 48 hours after a power outage.
This 48-hour access control power supply is designed and produced to meet the backup power requirements of GA38-2021, ensuring the access control system operates normally for 48 hours after a power outage.
