The RG type single screw pump is an internally sealed screw pump, classified as a rotary vane pump. As the single-threaded screw rotor rotates axially in the double-threaded stator cavity in a planetary motion, the compacted cavity between the rotor and stator continuously and uniformly transfers the medium from the suction chamber to the discharge chamber without changing its volume. The single screw pump has minimal disturbance during medium transfer, stable pump pressure, and good suction performance, capable of handling non-Newtonian fluids with mechanical impurities and solid particles, as well as concentrated substances. It offers excellent flow rate adjustment capabilities and a wide efficiency range. Suitable for transferring media with temperatures from -10°C to 80°C (special pumps up to 150°C), and media containing solid particles or fibers. Particle size can reach up to 16mm (excluding the eccentricity of the rotor), and fiber length can extend to 100mm (equivalent to 0.4 times the rotor pitch), with a solids content typically up to 40%. In cases where the solid content is in the form of fine powder particles, it can reach up to 60% or higher, and viscosities of 20,000 to 200,000 MPa.s, across all industrial sectors.
Material: The flow parts can be made from a variety of materials available for selection, based on the material being conveyed and the user's requirements. Standard casings are made of cast iron or precision castings, while various components can be made from alloy steel, 304, 316L, 2205, and others. Materials other than those mentioned can also be used according to the user's specifications. Various rubber parts, such as high-temperature rubber, oil-resistant, acid-resistant, or alkali-resistant rubber, including Aflas and fluororubber, are also available.
