A. Structural Features 1. The boiler's design, manufacturing, and supervision inspection strictly comply with JB/T 10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers" and JB/T 1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for Shell-type Boiler Body Manufacturing," ensuring long-term stable operation. 2. The boiler body features a shell-type, full-wet back, three-pass flue tube structure. The flame burns under micro-positive pressure in the large combustion chamber, fully extended, with low heat load and reduced NOx emissions. 3. The waved furnace shell and threaded flue tube design enhances strength while meeting the thermal expansion requirements of all parts. 4. All main welds are double-jointed and inspected for non-destructive testing using X-ray and ultrasonic methods to ensure welding quality meets standards. 5. The boiler has a large water volume and gas space, strong load adaptation capability. The designed internal equipment ensures steam moisture content is below 4%, meeting users' high steam quality requirements. 6. Uses new insulation materials with low weight and minimal heat loss, providing excellent thermal insulation performance.
