1. Screen Divider Lifting Mechanism: Equipped with a main motor and two auxiliary motors, a six-toothed belt lifting transmission method is utilized. Four lifting panels ensure balanced and stable lifting. The lifting housing is made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The gears are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized. The overall structure is compact and sturdy.
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of lifting and lowering 20,000 cycles (lifting frequency not exceeding 20%), with noise below 50 dB, limit switch click life of at least 50,000 times, high-temperature wire at 120°C, all passing a 20kg tensile test, with a wire core of 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting up to 10A current (with the motor's normal operating current at 2A).
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals within a range of 100 meters and can output a power of up to 120W (5A). The product features automatic protection and a double-beep alarm sound in case of short circuits or overloads. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a flexible grouping remote control (divisible into 9 groups of channels for control).
4. The lifting screen features lifting plates on the left, center, right, and front edges. The top edge of the lifting plate is 350mm higher than the side panel, designed to block the view of adjacent examinees. When not in use, it can be lowered to serve as a regular computer classroom.
5. Tabletop material requirements: The surface must be flat, with even coloration, sturdy, and free of irritant odors. The thickness of the material should be 16mm, and it must comply with either international or domestic environmental standards, meeting the E1 environmental grade. Formaldehyde emissions should be less than 1.5mg/L.
6. The left/middle/right swing screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, with flat surfaces, even color, sturdy, and free of irritating odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 environmental protection grade.
7. The cutting surfaces of the table tops are edged with aluminum alloy, which is joined by insertion. All external surfaces of the aluminum materials must not show screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles' cutting surfaces must not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lifting seat, the overall fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The lift chair desk is made of E1-grade 25mm particleboard, with a fire-retardant panel surface and a ya mouth edge design, with formaldehyde emissions below 1.5mg/L.
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there is a bottom plate to accommodate the computer main unit, with two routing holes for cable management.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based exam mode (the screen rises to prevent cheating), regular teaching mode (the screen is lowered)
12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer main unit (functions: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). The power on/off or USB insertion is directly operated on the desk for convenience and speed. For soundproof rooms, a dedicated professional earphone hanger can be provided.
