1. Screen Partition Lift Mechanism: Utilizes a main engine and two auxiliary engines with a six-toothed belt lifting transmission. Four lifting panels are balanced and stable in their lifting and lowering motion. The lifting shell is made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon, suitable for operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The teeth are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized. The overall structure is compact and robust.
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of lifting and lowering 20,000 cycles (with a lifting frequency not exceeding 20%), noise level not over 50dB, limit switch click life of at least 50,000 times, high-temperature wire rated for 120°C, all passing a 20kg tensile test, with a wire core of 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting up to 10A current (with the motor's normal operating current at 2A).
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals within a range of 100 meters and can output a power of up to 120W (5A). The product can automatically protect itself and emit a double-buzzer alarm in case of abnormal conditions such as short-circuit or overload. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a group remote control (divisible into 9 groups of channels) for flexible grouping control.
4. The lifting screen features lifting panels on the left, center, right, and front sides. The top edge of the lifting panel is 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view of neighboring examinees. When not in use, it can be lowered to serve as a standard computer classroom.
5. Tabletop material requirements: The surface must be flat, color even, sturdy, free of刺激性 odors. Material thickness is 16mm, and the material must comply with international or domestic environmental standards, meeting E1 grade environmental standards. Formaldehyde emissions are less than 1.5mg/L.
6. The left/middle/right folding screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, featuring flat surfaces, even coloration, durability, and no irritant odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 grade environmental standard.
7. The table body board cutting edges are trimmed with aluminum alloy, using an interlocking method. All aluminum surfaces must not have exposed screws or sharp metal hardware. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles' cutting surfaces must not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetic appeal of the lift chair, the entire fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The lift chair desk features E1 grade 25mm thick particleboard, with fireboard decorative surface on the top, and edges crafted in a Y-shaped design, with formaldehyde emissions less than 1.5mg/L.
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there is a bottom plate to accommodate the computer main unit, with two routing holes for cable management.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based examination mode (with screen raised, serving as a barrier), and regular teaching mode (screen lowered)
12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer host (functions: turn on/off/restart the computer, two USB ports, one data port, one charging port). The power on/off or USB insertion is directly operated on the desk, convenient and quick. For soundproof rooms, a special earphone holder can be provided.
