1. Screen Divider Lift Mechanism: Utilizes a main engine and two auxiliary engines with a six-toothed belt lifting transmission. The four lifting panels are evenly and smoothly raised and lowered, with the lifting housing made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The teeth are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized, with the overall structure being compact and sturdy.
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of 20,000 lift and lower cycles (with a lift frequency not exceeding 20%), noise level not exceeding 50 dB, limit switch lifespan of at least 50,000 clicks, wire material resistant to 120℃ high temperature, all passing a 20kg tensile strength test, with a core wire of 0.75 square copper wire, supporting up to 10A current (the motor's normal operating current is 2A).
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals up to 100 meters away, and can output a power of up to 120W (5A). In case of abnormal conditions such as short-circuit or overloading, the product can automatically protect itself and emit a double-buzzer alarm. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a grouping remote control (capable of dividing into 9 groups of channels) for flexible grouping control.
4. The lifting screen features lifting plates on all four sides (left, center, right, and front), with the top edge of the lifting plate elevated 350mm above the side panels. These plates are designed to block the view of adjacent examinees. In normal use, the screen can be lowered to serve as a standard computer classroom.
5. Tabletop material requirements: The surface must be flat, with even coloration, sturdy, free of刺激性 odors. Material thickness: 16mm. The material must comply with international or domestic environmental standards, meeting E1 grade environmental standards. Formaldehyde emissions less than 1.5mg/L.
6. The left/middle/right swinging screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, featuring smooth surfaces, even coloration, durability, and no irritant odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 grade environmental standard.
7. The cutting surfaces of the tabletop panels are edged with aluminum alloy, using an interlocking method. All external surfaces of the aluminum materials must not have exposed screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles' cutting surfaces must not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lifting seat, the overall fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The升降cushion desk is made of E1 grade 25mm particleboard, with a fire-resistant panel surface and rounded edges in the ya mouth design, with formaldehyde emissions less than 1.5mg/L.
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, which are adorned with decorative stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there's a bottom plate for the computer main unit, with two cable routing holes for easy wire management.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer exam mode (the screen rises to prevent cheating), regular teaching mode (the screen is lowered)
12. Each desktop is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer tower (features: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, one charging port). Operation for power on/off or inserting USBs is done directly on the desktop for convenience and speed. For soundproof rooms, a professional headset hanger can be included.
