1. Screen Divider Lift Mechanism: Utilizes a main engine and two auxiliary engines with a six-toothed belt lifting transmission. The four lifting panels are evenly supported for smooth lifting. The lifting housing is made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The teeth are Φ12 steel, and the tubes are galvanized. The overall structure is compact and sturdy.
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of lifting and lowering 20,000 cycles (with a lifting frequency not exceeding 20%), noise level not over 50dB, limit switch click life of at least 50,000 times, high-temperature wire rated for 120°C, all passing a 20kg tensile test, with a 0.75mm² copper wire core, supporting up to 10A current (with the motor's normal operating current at 2A).
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals up to 100 meters away and has an output power of up to 120W (5A). The product can automatically protect itself and emit a double-beep alarm sound in case of short circuits or overloads. It also features an emergency or maintenance button. The control box comes with flexible grouping control through a remote control that can be divided into 9 groups of channels.
4. The display screen features lifting panels on the left, center, right, and front sides, with the top edge of the lifting panel 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view of adjacent examinees. When lowered, it can be used as a standard computer classroom.
5. Tabletop material requirements: flat surface, even color, sturdy, free of irritant odors, material thickness of 16mm, the material must comply with international or domestic environmental standards, and meet E1 environmental grade. Formaldehyde emission less than 1.5mg/L.
6. The left/middle/right folding screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, featuring flat surfaces, even coloration, durability, and no irritant odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 grade environmental standard.
7. The desk body panel cutting surfaces are edged with aluminum alloy, using a plug-in method. All external surfaces of the aluminum materials must not have exposed screws or sharp metal components. The sharp edges of the aluminum profile cutting surfaces must not be higher than or extend beyond the desk's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries to the body during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetic appeal of the lift seat, the entire fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The升降cushion desk features an E1 grade 25mm thick particleboard top, with a fire-retardant panel finish and a beveled edge in the ya mouth shape, with formaldehyde emissions below 1.5mg/L.
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, which are decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there is a bottom plate to accommodate the computer main unit, with two routing holes for cable management.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based exam mode (the screen rises to prevent cheating), regular teaching mode (the screen is lowered)
12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer main unit (functions: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). The power on/off or USB insertion is directly operated on the desk for convenience and speed. For soundproof rooms, a dedicated professional earphone hanger can be provided.
