1. Folding Screen Lifting Mechanism: Equipped with a main motor and two auxiliary motors, using a six-toothed belt lifting transmission. Four lifting plates are balanced and stable in lifting, with the lifting housing made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The teeth are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized, with an overall compact and sturdy structure.
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of lifting and lowering up to 20,000 cycles (frequency not exceeding 20%), with noise below 50db, limit switch click life of not less than 50,000 times, high-temperature wire rated to 120°C, all passing a 20kg tensile test. The wire core is 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting currents up to 10A (with the motor's normal operating current at 2A).
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals up to 100 meters away, with an output power of up to 120W (5A). The product can automatically protect itself and emit a double-beep alarm in case of short-circuit or overload. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a group remote control (divisible into 9 channels for control) for flexible grouping management.
4. The lift-up screen features lifting panels on the left, center, right, and front sides, with the top edge of the lifting panel 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view of neighboring examinees. When lowered, it can be used as a standard computer classroom.
5. Specifications for table body materials: flat surface, even color, sturdy, odorless, thickness of 16mm. Materials must comply with international or domestic environmental standards and meet E1 grade environmental standard. Formaldehyde emissions less than 1.5mg/L.
6. The left/middle/right swing screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, with flat surfaces, even coloration, sturdy construction, and no irritant odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 environmental protection grade.
7. The cutting edges of the table top panels are bordered with aluminum alloy, which is joined by insertion. All external surfaces of the aluminum materials must not show screws or sharp metal hardware. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles should not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts are caused during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lifting seat, the overall fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The升降card seat desk features E1-grade 25mm thick particleboard, with the surface covered in fire-retardant laminate and the edges shaped with a ya mouth design, with formaldehyde emissions below 1.5mg/L.
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, which are decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there's a bottom plate for the computer main unit, equipped with two cable passage holes for easy wiring.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based exam mode (the screen rises to prevent cheating), conventional teaching mode (screen lowered)
12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer main unit (functions: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). Power on/off or plug in USB ports can be done directly on the desk, offering convenience and speed. For soundproof rooms, a dedicated earphone bracket can be provided.
