1. Screen Divider Lifting Mechanism: Utilizes a main engine and two auxiliary engines with a six-toothed belt lifting transmission. The four lifting panels are evenly and steadily lifted, with the lifting housing made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The teeth are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized, with the overall structure being compact and sturdy.

2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of 20,000 lifts/drops (with a frequency not exceeding 20%), noise level not over 50dB, limit switch lifespan of at least 50,000 clicks, wire material withstands high temperatures up to 120℃, all passing a 20kg tension test. The wire core is 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting up to 10A current (with the motor's normal operating current at 2A).

3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals within a range of 100 meters and output a power of 120W (5A). The product can automatically protect itself and emit a double-beep alarm sound in case of abnormal conditions such as short-circuit or overloading. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a group remote control (can divide into 9 groups of channels for control) for flexible grouping control.

4. The screen features lifting panels on all four sides (left, center, right, and front) with lifting flaps. The top edge of the lifting board is 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view of neighboring examinees. When not in use, it can be lowered to serve as a standard computer classroom.

5. Tabletop material requirements: The surface must be flat, with even color and solid structure, free of harsh odors. The thickness of the material should be 16mm, and it must meet international or domestic environmental standards, conforming to E1 grade environmental standard. Formaldehyde emission should be below 1.5mg/L.

6. The left/middle/right lifting screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, with smooth surfaces, even coloration, sturdy construction, and free of irritating odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting E1 grade environmental standards.

7. The cutting surface of the tabletop panels is edged with aluminum alloy, with the aluminum material joined by insertion. All external surfaces of the aluminum material must not have exposed screws or sharp metal hardware. The sharp edges of the aluminum profile cutting surface must not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface, ensuring that the body is not cut during use.

8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lifting seat, the overall fixed screws are designed to be concealed.

9. The height-adjustable seat table is made of 25mm thick E1 grade particleboard, featuring a fire-resistant panel finish on the surface and a duckbill edge design, with formaldehyde emissions below 1.5mg/L.

10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there is a bottom plate to accommodate the computer's main unit, with two cable passage holes for easy wiring.

11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based exam mode (the screen is raised to prevent cheating), regular teaching state (the screen is lowered)

12. Each desk position comes with an intelligent power switch for the computer tower (functions: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, one charging port), which allows for direct desk operation when turning on/off or plugging in USBs, offering convenience and speed. For audio-visual rooms, professional earphone mounts can be provided.

Manual flip devices must be equipped with two locks (one zipper lock, one padlock), with an air cylinder braking anti-upset device mounted above the locks for dual safety protection. The back of the flipper housing is fitted with an end-upset damping and deceleration device for added care of your equipment (suitable for screens 21 inches or smaller). Structure: when in use, simply unlock, and the LCD screen will automatically flip up, with the keyboard also opening simultaneously. When not in use, the flip cover panel can be manually pressed down. The entire flipper is level with the desk, the product has dust-proof, keeps the desk flat, and beautifies the desk functions.
