1. The two-seater booth is 1600mm wide, with a seat frame height of 850mm. During exams, the partition rises 350mm. The partition must provide excellent sound insulation and separation when raised to minimize interference between students during exams. After lowering, the partition can revert to a standard desk without obstructions, facilitating teaching activities and enabling the exam room to serve multiple purposes.
2. The desk measures approximately 760mm in height, 710mm in width, and 510mm in depth. The desktop is made of 25mm thick E1 grade environmentally friendly solid wood particleboard, with 2mm color-matching edge strips used for straight-line edging on all sides, ensuring a smooth surface with no burrs.
3. The lifting and lowering slats are made of 16mm thick E1-rated environmental-friendly solid wood particleboard, with both sides coated with melamine. They offer advantages such as environmental protection, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and water resistance. The formaldehyde emission of the boards has been tested and certified by national authorities, meeting the E1 grade standard.
4. The baffle operates smoothly and quietly with no abnormal friction. The baffle can be locked at any height, and the structure is sturdy, ensuring it won't sway or drop under heavy pressure.
5. The base, frame edges, and material joints of the booth seats are made of aluminum alloy profiles, ensuring a sturdy and durable main structure that can be moved as a whole. The frame sides are fixed, with the top and side closures featuring special rounded corners. No edges are straight. Both sides of the booth screen are smooth and even, with no additional items, ensuring student safety.
6. The desk must be equipped with a keyboard tray featuring a silent glide design for smooth and stable operation. The glide track is made of cold-rolled steel, offering strong load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. The track is internally fitted with high-precision solid steel balls to ensure long-lasting rust-free performance and a smooth feel. Buffering rubber pads are used to prevent noise from pushing and pulling collisions. The glide track should come with elastic anti-slip clips and a firm limit stop, making it easy to disassemble.
7. The booth desk features lockable swing doors underneath for easy maintenance. Inside, the doors can accommodate a standard-sized computer tower. The top and bottom ends of the cabinet are equipped with ventilation openings, providing excellent heat dissipation.
8. The lifting and lowering plate transmission mechanism features an umbrella gear spray and thrust threaded nut design. The travel friction and various positive forces are minimal, allowing for smooth lifting and lowering. The height adjustment is achieved through a transmission mechanism with an infinite lifting and lowering handwheel, ensuring平稳 lifting of the plate with low working noise.
