Twin-Seat: Length 1600mm x Width 600mm x Height 750mm (Screen 850mm + 350mm)
1. Screen Divider Lift Mechanism: Equipped with one main motor and two auxiliary motors, utilizing a six-toothed belt lifting transmission. The four lifting panels are evenly balanced for smooth lifting, with the lifting housing made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The gear teeth are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized, with the overall structure being compact and sturdy.
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of lifting and lowering 20,000 cycles (lifting frequency not exceeding 20%), with noise below 50dB, limit switch click life of at least 50,000 times, high-temperature wire rated for 120°C, all passing a 20kg tensile test, with a 0.75mm² copper wire core, supporting up to 10A current (with the motor's normal operating current at 2A).
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals up to 100 meters away and output a power of 120W (5A). It automatically protects the product against short circuits or overloads and emits a double-buzzer alarm. The control box is equipped with up/down push buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a grouped remote control (divisible into 9 groups of channels) for flexible grouping control.
4. The lifting screen features lifting panels on the left, center, right, and front edges. The top edge of the lifting panels is 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view between neighboring examinees. When lowered, it can be used as a standard computer classroom.
5. Tabletop material requirements: The surface must be flat, with even color, solid, and free of irritating odors. The thickness of the material should be 16mm. The material must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards and meet the E1 grade environmental protection standard. Formaldehyde emissions should be below 1.5mg/L.
6. The left/middle/right sliding screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, with flat surfaces, even coloration, sturdy construction, and free of harsh odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 environmental protection grade.
7. The cutting surfaces of the tabletop panels are edged with aluminum alloy, using an interlocking method. All external surfaces of the aluminum must not show screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles' cutting surfaces must not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts are made during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lifting seat, the overall fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The lift chair desk is made of E1 grade 25mm particleboard, with the surface covered in fire-retardant laminate and the edges shaped with duckbill molding, with formaldehyde emissions below 1.5mg/L.
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there is a bottom plate for the computer main unit, with two routing holes for cable management.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based testing mode (the screen rises to prevent cheating), and regular teaching state (the screen is lowered)
12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer tower (functions: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). The on/off operation or USB insertion is directly done on the desk, offering convenience and speed. For soundproof rooms, professional earphone hangers can be provided.
13. The manual flip device must be equipped with two locks (one pull lock and one padlock), with a gas rod braking anti-upset device mounted above the locks for dual safety protection. The back of the flipper housing is fitted with an end-upset damping and deceleration device for added protection of your equipment (suitable for screens 21 inches or smaller). Structure: Simply unlock it when in use, and the LCD screen will automatically flip up, with the keyboard also opening simultaneously. When not in use, the flip cover panel can be manually pressed down. The entire flipper is flush with the desk surface, offering dust protection, maintaining a flat desk surface, and beautifying the desk.
