1. Screen Divider Lift Mechanism: Utilizing a main engine and two auxiliary engines with a six-toothed belt lifting transmission, the four lifting panels are balanced and stable in lifting, with the lifting casing made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The teeth are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized, with the overall structure being compact and sturdy.
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of 20,000 strokes (stroke frequency not exceeding 20%), noise level no more than 50db, limit switch click life of not less than 50,000 times, wire material is 120℃ high-temperature resistant wire, all passing a 20kg tensile test, wire core is 0.75 square copper wire, supporting current up to 10A (normal operating current of the motor is 2A).
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals within a range of 100 meters and output a power of 120W (5A). In case of abnormal conditions such as short-circuit or overload, the product can automatically protect itself and emit a double-buzzing alarm sound. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a grouped remote control (divisible into 9 groups of channels) for flexible grouping control.
4. The screen features lifting panels on the left, center, right, and front sides, with lifting plates. The top edge of the lifting plate is 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view of neighboring examinees. When not in use, it can be lowered to serve as a standard computer classroom.
5. Tabletop material requirements: flat surface, even color, sturdy, free of harsh odors, board thickness of 16mm. The material must comply with international or domestic environmental standards, meeting E1 grade environmental standards. Formaldehyde emissions less than 1.5mg/L.
6. The left/middle/right folding screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, featuring flat surfaces, even coloration, durability, and no irritant odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 grade environmental standard.
7. The cutting edges of the table top panels are bordered with aluminum alloy, using an interlocking method. All external surfaces of the aluminum must not have exposed screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles must not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lifting seat, the overall fixing screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The height-adjustable chair top is made of E1-rated 25mm thick particleboard, with fire-retardant laminate surface and a duckbill edge design, with formaldehyde emissions below 1.5mg/L.
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, which are decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there's a bottom plate for the computer main unit, equipped with two cable routing holes for easy wiring.

12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer tower (features: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). Power on/off or plug in USB ports can be directly operated on the desk for convenience and speed. For soundproof rooms, professional earphone hangers can be provided.
13. The manual flip device must be equipped with two locks (one pull lock and one padlock), with a gas rod braking anti-tipping device installed above the locks for dual safety assurance. The back of the flipper housing is fitted with a damping and deceleration device for the lifting end, providing extra care for your equipment (suitable for screens 21 inches or smaller). Structure: When in use, simply unlock it, and the LCD screen will automatically flip up, with the keyboard also opening simultaneously. When not in use, the flip-up panel can be manually pressed down. The entire flipper is flush with the desk, the product features dust-proofing, maintaining a flat desk surface, and beautifying the desk.
