1. Screen Partition Lift Mechanism: Equipped with a main unit and two auxiliary units using a six-toothed belt lift transmission method. The four lifting panels are balanced and stable in lifting, with the lifting housing made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The gears are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized. The overall structure is compact and sturdy.
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of 20,000 lifting and lowering cycles (not exceeding 20% lifting frequency), with noise level not over 50 dB, limit switch lifespan of at least 50,000 clicks, wire material resistant to 120℃ high temperature, all passing a 20kg tensile test. The wire core is 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting currents up to 10A (with the motor operating at 2A).
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals within a range of 100 meters and output a power of 120W (5A). The product can automatically protect itself and emit a double-beep alarm sound in case of abnormal conditions such as short circuit or overload. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a grouping remote control (capable of dividing into 9 groups of channels) for flexible grouping control.
4. The screen has lifting panels on the left, center, right, and front edges, with the top edge of the lifting panel 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view of adjacent examinees. When not in use, it can be lowered to serve as a standard computer classroom.
5. Tabletop material requirements: flat surface, even color, sturdy, no irritant odor. Material thickness: 16mm. The material must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting E1 grade environmental protection standards. Formaldehyde emissions less than 1.5mg/L.
6. The left/middle/right lift-up screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, featuring flat surfaces, even coloration, sturdy construction, and free of harsh odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting E1 grade environmental standards.
7. The cutting surfaces of the table tops are edged with aluminum alloy, using an interlocking method. All external surfaces of the aluminum materials must not have exposed screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles' cutting surfaces must not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lift chair, the overall fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The lift chair desk is made of E1 grade 25mm particleboard, with a fire-retardant panel finish on the surface, and a duckbill edge design. Formaldehyde emissions are below 1.5mg/L.
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there is a bottom plate for the computer main unit, with two routing holes for easy cable management.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based examination mode (activated after the screen rises for anti-cheating purposes), regular teaching state (screen lowered)
12. Each desk position is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer host (functions: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). Power on/off or plug in USB ports can be directly operated on the desk, convenient and quick. For soundproof rooms, professional earphone brackets can be provided.
