1. Screen Divider Lift Mechanism: Utilizes a main unit and two auxiliary units with a six-toothed belt lifting transmission, featuring four lifting panels that are evenly and smoothly raised or lowered. The lifting housing is made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The gears are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized. The overall structure is compact and sturdy (provided with a physical property test report for the key components of the screen divider lifting mechanism).
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor with a lifting and lowering capability of 20,000 cycles (not exceeding 20% lifting frequency), noise level not over 50 dB, limit switch lifespan of at least 50,000 clicks, wire material withstands high temperatures up to 120°C, all wires pass a 20kg tension test. The wire core is 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting up to 10A current (with the motor's normal operating current at 2A). A 3C motor testing report is provided.
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals up to 100 meters away and output a power of 120W (5A). It features automatic protection against short circuits or overloads, with a dual-tone buzzer alarm. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a grouping remote control (divisible into 9 groups of channels) for flexible grouping control.
4. The lifting screen features lifting gates on all four sides (left, center, right, and front). The top edge of the lifting gates is 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view between neighboring examinees. When not in use, it can be lowered to serve as a regular computer classroom. (Whole table inspection report provided)
5. Tabletop material requirements: flat surface, even color, sturdy, free of irritating odors. Material thickness: 16mm. The material must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting E1 grade environmental protection standards. Formaldehyde emission less than 1.5mg/L. 6. The left/middle/right folding screen panels are made of 16mm thick plates, featuring flat surfaces, even coloration, durability, and no irritant odors. The materials must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 environmental grade. (Provide material inspection reports)
7. The table top materials are edged with aluminum alloy, with the aluminum materials inserted. All external surfaces of the aluminum materials must not have visible screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles' cut surfaces must not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lifting seat, the overall fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The升降cushion desk features an E1 grade 25mm thick particleboard top, with a fire-retardant panel finish and a duckbill edge design. Formaldehyde emissions are below 1.5mg/L. (Supplied with material test report)
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, which are adorned with decorative stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there's a bottom plate to accommodate the computer main unit, with two routing holes for easy cable management.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer exam mode (with screen raised to prevent cheating), regular teaching state (screen lowered)
12. Each desk position is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer tower (features: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, one charging port). The power on/off or USB insertion is directly operated on the desk for convenience and speed. Optional professional earphone brackets for soundproof rooms.
