1. Folding Screen Lifting Mechanism: Equipped with a main engine and two auxiliary engines, using a six-toothed belt lifting transmission method. The four lifting panels are evenly supported for smooth lifting. The lifting housing is made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The teeth are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized. 2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of 20,000 lift-and-lower cycles (with a lift frequency not exceeding 20%), noise level not over 50dB, limit switch click life of at least 50,000 times, high-temperature wire at 120°C, all passing a 20kg tensile test. The wire core is 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting up to 10A current (with the motor's normal operating current at 2A). Includes 3C motor testing report.
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals up to 100 meters and outputs a power of 120W (5A). In case of abnormal conditions such as short-circuit or overload, the product can automatically protect itself and emit a dual-beep alarm sound. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a flexible grouping remote control (divisible into 9 groups of channels for control).
4. The screen has lifting panels on the left, center, right, and front edges, with lifting plates that are 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view of neighboring examinees. When not in use, it can be used as a standard computer classroom. (Includes a full table inspection report)
5. Tabletop material requirements: The surface must be flat, with even color and sturdy construction, free of irritating odors. The thickness of the material should be 16mm, and it must comply with international or domestic environmental standards, meeting E1 grade environmental standards. Formaldehyde emissions should be less than 1.5mg/L. (Provide material inspection report)
6. The left/middle/right swinging screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, featuring flat surfaces, even coloration, sturdiness, and no irritating odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 environmental grade standard. (Provide test reports for the boards)
7. The cutting edges of the tabletop panels are trimmed with aluminum alloy, which is connected by insertion. All external surfaces of the aluminum materials must not have exposed screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles should not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts to the body during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lifting seat, the overall fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The升降cushion desk features an E1 grade 25mm thick particleboard top, with a fire-retardant panel finish and a duckbill edge design. Formaldehyde emissions are below 1.5mg/L. (Supply test report for the board)
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, which are adorned with decorative stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there's a bottom plate to house the computer main unit, with two cable pass-through holes for easy wiring.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based exam mode (the screen rises to prevent cheating), regular teaching state (the screen is lowered)
12. Each desk position is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer host (functions: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). Power on/off or plug in USB ports can be directly operated on the desk, convenient and quick; for soundproof rooms, professional earphone hangers can be provided.
