1. Screen Divider Lift Mechanism: Equipped with a main engine and two auxiliary engines, using a six-toothed belt lifting transmission method. The four lifting panels are evenly and smoothly lifted with balanced force. The lifting housing is made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, -20°COperates at temperatures up to 120°C, featuring a Φ12 steel rack and galvanized pipe material, the overall structure is compact and robust (physical property test report for key components of the partition lifting machine provided).
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of lifting and lowering 20,000 cycles (frequency not exceeding 20%), with noise below 50db, limit switch lifespan of at least 50,000 clicks, wire material resistant to 120°C high temperature, all passing a 20kg tensile test. The wire core is 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting up to 10A current (normal operating current of the motor is 2A). Includes 3C motor testing report.
3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals within a range of 100 meters and output a power of 120W (5A). The product can automatically protect itself and emit a dual-beep alarm sound in case of abnormal conditions such as short circuit or overload. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a group remote control (divisible into 9 groups of channels) for flexible group control.
4. The lifting screen features lifting panels on the left, center, right, and front edges. The top edge of the lifting panels is 350mm higher than the side panels, designed to block the view of neighboring examinees. In daily use, it can be lowered to serve as a standard computer classroom. (Includes a full table inspection report)
5. Tabletop material requirements: The surface must be flat, with even color and sturdy, free of harsh odors. Material thickness is 16mm, and the material must comply with international or domestic environmental standards, meeting E1 environmental grade. Formaldehyde emissions are less than 1.5mg/L. 6. The left/middle/right panels of the adjustable screen are made of 16mm thick boards, featuring flat surfaces, even coloration, durability, and no irritating odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 grade environmental standard. (Supplementary with test reports for the boards)
7. The cutting surfaces of the table body panels are edged with aluminum alloy, using an interlocking method. All external surfaces of the aluminum materials must not show screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles' cutting surfaces must not extend above or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries to the body during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetics of the lifting seat, the overall fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The lift chair desk is made of E1 grade 25mm thick particleboard, with the surface covered in fire-resistant paneling. The edges are shaped like duckbill. Formaldehyde emissions are less than 1.5mg/L. (Supply the material test report)
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there's a bottom plate for the computer's main unit, with two routing holes for easy cable management.
11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based exam mode (the screen rises to prevent cheating), and regular teaching state (the screen is lowered)
12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer main unit (features: turn on/off/restart the computer, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). The power on/off or USB port insertion can be directly operated on the desk for convenience and speed, and a professional headset hanger can be provided for soundproof rooms.
