1. Partition lifting mechanism: Equipped with one main motor and two auxiliary motors, using a six-toothed belt lifting transmission method. The four lifting panels are evenly and stably lifted, with the lifting housing made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The teeth are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized. The overall structure is compact and sturdy (physical property test report of key components of the partition lifting machine provided).
2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of lifting and lowering 20,000 cycles (with a lifting frequency not exceeding 20%), noise level not over 50dB, and a limit switch click life of at least 50,000 times. The wire is a high-temperature resistant wire rated for 120℃, having passed a 20kg tensile test. The wire core is 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting current up to 10A (with the motor's normal operating current at 2A). A 3C motor testing report is provided.
3. The control box can receive a 433MHz wireless signal up to 100 meters away and outputs a power of 120W (5A). In case of abnormal conditions such as short circuits or overload, the product can automatically protect itself and emit a double-tone buzzer alarm. The control box comes with up/down pushbuttons for emergency or maintenance use. It is equipped with group remote control (capable of dividing into 9 groups of channels) for flexible grouping control.
4. The lift screen features lifting plates on the left, center, right, and front edges. The top edge of the lifting plate is 350mm higher than the side plates, designed to block the view of adjacent examinees. When not in use, it can be lowered to serve as a standard computer classroom. 5. Desk body material requirements: The surface must be flat, color uniform, sturdy, and free of harsh odors. Material thickness is 16mm. The material must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting E1 grade environmental standards. Formaldehyde emission is less than 1.5mg/L. (Provide material inspection report)
6. The left/middle/right swing screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, featuring smooth surfaces, even colors, durability, and no irritant odor. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting E1 grade environmental standards. (Provide a test report for the boards)
7. The cutting edges of the tabletop panels are trimmed with aluminum alloy, which is joined by insertion. All external surfaces of the aluminum must not have exposed screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles must not exceed or protrude above the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries during use.
8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetic appeal of the lift chair, the entire fixed screws are designed to be concealed.
9. The升降cushion desk is made of E1 grade 25mm thick particleboard, with the desktop featuring a fire-resistant panel finish and a duckbill edge design. Formaldehyde emissions are below 1.5mg/L. (Supply test report for the material)
10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, which are decorated with stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there's a bottom plate for the computer main unit, with two routing holes for cable management.
11 Two modes of operation: Paper-based and computer exam mode (activated after screen is raised for anti-cheating purposes), regular teaching state (screen lowered)
12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer host (functions: turn on/off/restart computer, two USB ports, one data interface, one charging port). Power on/off or plug in the USB port can be directly operated on the desk, convenient and quick. For audio-visual rooms, professional earphone hangers can be provided.
