Silicone Core Pipe is a new type of composite pipeline with an inner wall coated with a solid silicone grease lubricant, offering excellent sealing properties, resistance to chemical corrosion, and low construction costs. It is widely used in optical cable and communication network systems for highways, railways, and more. HDPE Silicone Core Pipe, also known as silicone pipe, is a composite pipeline with an inner wall coated with silicone grease lubricant. Made by simultaneous extrusion from three plastic extruders, it primarily consists of high-density polyethylene with a core layer of low-friction solid lubricant silicone grease. It is extensively applied in optical cable and communication network systems.
Performance Features:
The inner wall's silicon core layer is solid, and serves as a lubricant.
The silicon core layer on the inner wall is synchronously extruded into the wall of the high-density polyethylene pipe, uniformly distributed throughout the inner wall of the pipe, and will not flake off or detach, having the same lifespan as the silicon tube.
The silicon core layer on the inner wall has the same physical and mechanical properties as high-density polyethylene.
The friction characteristics of the inner wall silicon core layer remain unchanged, allowing the cable to be repeatedly pulled in and out of the pipe.
The silicon core layer inside does not react with water, allowing the pipeline to be flushed with water after an accident.
