BNWKLS-R Series Open/Close Flexible R-core Inductors, primarily used for high current measurement protection. The output signal is the derivative of current with respect to time, which, after passing through an integrator, accurately restores the measured current. The inductors feature excellent transient response, no hysteresis, magnetic saturation, wide measurement range, high precision, and broad frequency response range. The open/close structure, with a flexible silicone rubber sheath and frame, is suitable for measuring current in large or irregularly shaped conductors. The inductors require minimal installation space, are lightweight, and easy to install, without damaging the conductor. Widely used in high current measurements where traditional CTs for current measurement are not functional.
Product Features:
A hinged structure for easy on-site installation and operation. It allows for quick and convenient installation or removal without disconnecting the primary cable being tested, enabling efficient and safe current testing with ease.
Flexible structural design for detecting current of irregular single conductors.
Low output voltage, high linearity, wide frequency range, no saturation (without integrator).
Secondary output employs shielded wire, length customizable to customer specifications.
Application Scope:
Measure high AC current signals (e.g., short-circuit current); measure pulse signals with high peaks (e.g., lightning current); harmonic current signal analysis; current measurement for welding machines (e.g., resistance welding); measurement of irregular conductors' current (e.g., rail current measurement); instrument measurement, clamp-on current transformers (e.g., measuring irregularly sized conductors).
