BNWKLS-R Series Open/Close Three-Phase Flexible Rosco Coils, primarily used for measuring and protecting three-phase current in power lines. The output signal is the derivative of current with respect to time, which can be accurately restored to the measured current through an integrator. The coil features excellent transient response capability, without hysteresis, magnetic, or saturation phenomena, wide measurement range, high precision, and a broad frequency response range. The open/close structure, with a flexible silicone rubber sheath and frame, is suitable for measuring the current of large or irregularly shaped conductors. The coil requires minimal installation space, is lightweight, and is easy to install without damaging the conductor. Widely used in measuring high currents where traditional current transformers (CTs) fail to function properly.
Product Features:
A hinged structure for easy on-site installation and operation. It allows for quick and convenient installation or removal without disconnecting the primary cable being tested, enabling efficient and safe current testing with ease.
Flexible structural design for detecting irregular current in a single conductor.
Low output voltage, high linearity, wide frequency range, no saturation (without integrator).
The secondary output uses RJ45 crystal connectors with cables that can be customized to the customer's requirements in terms of length.
Application Range:
Measure high AC current signals (e.g., short-circuit current); measure peaky pulse signals (e.g., lightning current); harmonic current signal analysis; welding machine current measurement (e.g., resistance welding); measurement of irregular conductor currents (e.g., rail current measurement); instrument measurement, clamp-on transformer (e.g., measuring irregularly sized conductors).
