Waterproof sheet
Our EVA waterproof board production process employs an advanced two-stage co-extrusion single-screw extrusion method domestically. The boards are formed by adding reinforcing agents and antioxidants to the raw resin EVA, then heated to melt, plasticize, extrude, and draw. These boards can also be thermally bonded with geotextile (signal layer) equipped with slings to form a composite waterproof board. Alternatively, the extrusion calendering method can be used, where the resin extruder melts and plasticizes, then extrudes the molten sheet blank through the die gap to merge with the slings, followed by roller calendering and cooling to form a glossy film, or fused with geotextile equipped with slings.
Performance Features:
Chemical and UV-resistant; excellent resistance to aging and abrasion; strong puncture resistance; easy installation, non-polluting.
Application:
New railway, highway, municipal road, and light rail construction (including bridge decks and tunnels), roof waterproofing, underground engineering waterproofing, water conservancy construction, sewage treatment projects, landfill projects, chemical and alkali treatment ponds, and other environmental protection projects involving anti-seepage and corrosion-resistant lining.
