Drainage grate
Composite drainage mesh (also known as three-dimensional geotextile drainage board, tunnel drainage board, and drainage board) is composed of a plastic mesh with a double-sided bonded geotextile in a three-dimensional structure, which can replace traditional sand and gravel layers and is mainly used for drainage in landfill sites, road bases, and tunnel inner walls. In transportation infrastructure such as railways and highways, the safety and service life of the project are inextricably linked to its drainage system, with geosynthetic materials being an important component of the drainage system.
Performance Features:
High drainage capacity (equivalent to one meter of gravel drainage).
High tensile strength.
3. Reduce the likelihood of geotextile embedding into the core, ensuring long-term stable drainage.
4. Capable of withstanding long-term high-pressure loads (can withstand approximately 3,000Ka of compressive loads).
5. Corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, with a long service life.
6. Easy installation, shortened construction timeline, and cost reduction.
Application:
Significantly effective in drainage projects such as railways, highways, tunnels, municipal engineering, reservoirs, and slope protection.
Quality requirements for composite drainage mesh welds:
The inflatable length between double welds should reach 30-60mm, with an inflation pressure of 0.15-0.2MPa. Maintain for 1-5 minutes with no significant pressure drop to be considered合格.
2. Vacuum testing should be conducted on single weld seams, T-joints, and repair points using a 50cm x 50cm grid. The vacuum pressure must be greater than or equal to 0.005 MPa, held for 30 seconds, and no bubbles form with soap solution to be considered合格.
3. Indoor Testing: The tensile strength of the weld should be greater than that of the base material.
4. Quality inspections should be conducted as construction progresses.
