High Pressure Ball Valve / Hard Seal Ball Valve
Size: 3/4" to 80"
Pressure Rating: 900~2,500 Lb
Temperature: -46~400℃
Medium of Use: Freshwater, Saltwater
High-pressure ball valves and hard-seated ball valves are designed with full-bore structure, ensuring that the valve's flow passage diameter matches the pipeline inner diameter upon opening.
The hard-seated ball valve features a dual seat design, where both seats utilize seat-to-seat sealing in front. Both seats can independently cut off the fluid at the inlet, meeting sealing requirements in both directions; the valve stem is equipped with anti-ejection structures to prevent the valve shaft from being blown out during maintenance; the sealing between the valve bodies, the seats and the valve bodies, the stuffing sleeve and the valve body, as well as the bottom shaft and the valve body, all employ double-sealing structures; a combined stuffing material is used, with each side having a circular oblique surface stuffing to generate greater stuffing clamping force and improved sealing at the valve stem.
