Stainless Steel Flange
Stainless Steel Welding FlangeA disk-shaped component commonly used in pipeline engineering; flanges are always used in pairs. In pipeline construction, flanges are primarily used for pipe connections. Stainless steel weld neck flanges are installed on the pipes that require connection. Low-pressure pipelines can use threaded flanges, while those above 4 kg of pressure use焊接 flanges. A sealing gasket is placed between the two flange disks, and then secured with bolts.
Stainless steel butt weld flange application scope:
Stainless steel butt weld flanges are resistant to deformation, provide good sealing, and are widely used. They meet the requirements for both rigidity and elasticity with a reasonable transition in thinning during welding. The weld joint is far from the mating surface, protecting it from deformation due to welding temperatures. They feature a more complex trumpet-shaped structure, suitable for pipelines subject to significant fluctuations in pressure or temperature, as well as for high-temperature, high-pressure, and low-temperature pipelines. Generally used for pipe connections and valves with PN ratings over 2.5 MPa; also used in pipelines transporting expensive, flammable, or explosive media.
