Refrigerated Truck Construction: Composed of the walking parts of the vehicle chassis, an insulated and heat-preserving body (commonly made of polyurethane materials, glass fiber reinforced plastic, color steel plates, stainless steel, etc.), refrigeration unit, and in-vehicle temperature recorder, among other components. For vehicles with special requirements, such as meat hook trucks, additional accessories like meat hooks, crossbars, aluminum alloy guides, ventilation slots, and spray systems can be installed.
Warranty Policy: Domestic warranty for the chassis and refrigeration unit, with service centers available in various regions across the country. Refrigeration unit malfunctions can be repaired at the vehicle's location.
1. The undercarriage of the car is covered by the undercarriage manufacturer's three-year warranty.

3. Issues arising from improper use, storage, or maintenance are the responsibility of the user.
4. Vehicle goods, accessories, and tools are delivered according to the list provided by the chassis manufacturer.
5. During the warranty period, in the event of quality issues with modified parts, our company will send personnel to the site to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving notification. For the chassis, the customer should contact the chassis manufacturer for handling, and we will provide the necessary assistance.
All products sold by our company are guaranteed for nationwide registration. In the event that our vehicle cannot be registered due to our company's issue, we will compensate the customer for their loss. All models use original undercarriages, and our company strictly inspects product quality. We are responsible for after-sales service from start to finish. The installed parts come with a free one-year warranty, with after-sales service within the province reaching within 24 hours and outside the province within 48 hours. We provide lifetime technical guidance and component supply at cost.
